Organization XIII

Within the world of Kingdom Hearts, Organization XIII is made up of thirteen Nobodies who have the desire to become a whole person once more. Nobodies are existences of what were once human, but are no more. They exist between dark and light, and are almost like an empty void. In order to make their wish come true, Organization XIII plans on collecting hearts of others in order to create their own Kingdom Hearts; where hearts are created and gather together.

All of the members of Organization XIII wear the same black, hooded cloak. Each member is able to control a specific type of "lower" nobody along with their own elemental power.

About Larxene

Larxene is number twelve in Organization XIII. She is the only female that is around until Xion shows up. Just because she is a woman, however, does not mean she is any less ruthless than the others. True to her name as the "Savage Nymph," Larxene is actually among the most cruel members of the organization. She obviously enjoys inflicting pain on others, and takes pride in manipulating Sora's memories, threatening Naminé and disposing of the two when they are no longer needed. She shows no feeling for Riku Replica's sacrifices for Naminé, and acts more disgusted than anything when any character tries really hard for what they believe in. Larxene does not seem to hold any of the other members of Organization XIII in high regard except for Marluxia. It is obvious that she respects him, and therefore takes part in Marluxia's plan to overtake the organization. Larxene branches her trust to Axel, as well, only to be burned in the end. Ultimately, after their plans are ruined, Larxene takes out her anger by planning to kill Sora. Unfortunately for her, Sora's friends show up to help and she fades into the darkness.

Larxene is able to use the element of lightning as well as throwing knives called Foudre. In the Japanese version, Larxene was voiced by Katayama Reiko (Chain of Memories) and Miyamura Yuko (Re: Chain of Memories & 358/2 Days). In both English versions, she was voiced by Shanelle Workman.
